This is my first digital hybird card which is a combination of digital and traditional stamping. Hero Arts has a beautiful selection of digital kits which are available through the Two peas website. There are a few kits I have been drooling over. I made this card using water colours on the digital image. Heat dried and pressed with my iron on low heat and a tea towel.
Matching matchbox and card made with Hero Arts CM001 Floral. This is a super cute, super tiny clear stamp. I made this set for a friends birthday to go along with a gift. I added some scrapbook items inside the matchbox.

Just wanted to post a couple of Valentines tags I made from a candy box. Made with Hero Arts CL238. I have a bin of scraps I keep handy with bits of wrappers, Birthday and Christmas paper and anything else I find interesting that comes my way. I love the look of googly eyes on handmade cards, they add a fun element! I just picked up these 2 packs at the dollar store (Dollarama), They are all different sizes and the one pack has all different colours. Thanks for looking.
Just a quick card made with Hero Arts Stamps. I embossed the background flowers with Clear Detail Embossing Powder. The flowers are Hero Arts CL297 and Russian Dolls LP158 A few pop up dots on the dolls and tied some floss around the bottom of the card. Thought this would make a nice thank you card.
Welcome! I am so very excited to set up my blog, and share my ideas and photos. I am inspired by the all of the wonderful blogs from the Hero Arts Flickr group, just a talented bunch of ladies! Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy what I have to offer.
I am from Toronto Canada and I love the simple things in life. The garden, rubber stamping, scrapbooking, old things, pyrex and Fiestaware. I am married to my best friend and we have 2 cats. My idea of a Vacation is relaxing at home working on small projects (boring I know), but I love it!
Thank you so much for stopping by to visit!
