Stackable Santa -- High Hopes!

Wow It's November already, truly hard to believe. It will soon be crunch time to get all your crafty Christmas creations completed.
I've been playing around with this cute little Santa from High Hopes.  You can snag this festive Santa & Sentiment found here!!!

Okay, are you wondering what this creation is?   It's a festive mason Jar filled with small gift tags.  I will be giving this to a friend, just for some Christmas fun!
The cap is decorated with a little winter scene using the super cool "Naughty List" Sentiment. Used some Christmas twine, bells and white acrylic paint for some Festive goodness.
Here's the inside of the Jar, lots of Tags, pom pom's and bells too!
 And wait there's more LOL!!!!
My second creation is this Santa garland card made with the same Small stackable Santa from High Hopes.
I coloured and fussy cut a bunch of them and added some twine to create a garland.
Added the number "25" as we all know its a pretty important day in the Month of December.
Thanks for peeking!
Hope you play along in this months Challenge over at High Hopes!

Brr... -- High Hopes Stamps!

Happy Friday!

Hope all is going well! I've been creating with some of the new release stamps from High Hopes :)
With sweater weather just around the corner I decided to create a cozy design using ...

The image is coloured with Copic markers.  I fussy cut my little penguin friend and added some white liquid applique to the image.  I let the liquid applique dry for 24 hours then using a  heat gun to poof up the trim on the hat and inside the beverage too.

The bow is made from a soft jute (which reminds me of yarn), lots of buttons that have been threaded then hot glued into place, some snowflake pattern paper inside the scallop frame and a knit embossed background for a  bit of warmth and cozy fun!
Thanks for peeking, hope you have a great weekend!

Sparkle and Cheer, Merry Christmas -- High Hopes Stamps

Hello and Happy Saturday! Thanks for peeking in today :)
I've created a holiday box that could be filled with candies, scrapbook embellishments or maybe a Christmas ornament too :)

This beautiful quote is from High Hopes called ...

This is a must have for sure, totally classy  greeting in my opinion!
I stamped the sentiment in Tim Holtz  Festive Berries and pop dotted the greeting for added dimension.
A poinsettia die cut flower ( that I picked up at One Crazy Stamper was added to the top of the box). Silver Stickle, gum drops and ribbon for a little holiday fun!
Santa says hello :)
Have a great weekend!

A banner flag was created with the sentiment and hot glued behind the embellishment.  My image of sweet Elvira was been pop dotted for added dimension.  The image is coloured with Copic Markers and fussy cut.

All hearts come home for Christmas -- High Hopes Stamps

We've been featuring the new release stamps from High Hopes this
week. I totally love Halloween and Christmases so these stamps are right
up my alley!

I used lots of blue and white and a touch of light red on this design. The ruffle is made with a strip of felt that has been serged for a finished edge look. The stitches plus  chaining on the winter mittens was also created with the Serger just for added fun. It reminds me of a  warm blanket stitch (which could also be created by hand sewing on felt ).

Snowflake embossing folder, Silver Stickles, Copic markers, the sentiment "All hearts come home for Christmas" , were also added to the card for some winter goodness. The felt mittens were created with a die cut and and some cozy felt that I ran through my Big Shot. The small hearts on the mittens were hand cut and hot glued into place.

Thanks for peeking, have a great  day ahead ♥

Halloween Fun -- High Hopes

Hi there, Its me I'm back again  to wish you a Happy Friday!
We are already in the month of October, can you believe it???
High Hopes just released a new set of stamps for Halloween and I've been wanting to get my hands on them all!!!!!!
Today I'm creating with High Hopes Bat Friends found here!
and
High Hopes Block Halloween found here!
I was just taught how to create a triangle card base and thought it would be fun to create a Halloween  scene!
I coloured the image with Copics,  fussy cut and pop dotted  this little cutie  for added dimension. The sentiment was turned into a banner flag along with an extra cut from pattern paper.  The little vampire in this scene has a piece of folded paper adhered to his back then to the base of the card so he will stand up without falling over :)

I realized part way through creating the card that the triangle base has a little pocket in the back that you could add some treats.  Since I created a Halloween card I think that worked out pretty darn good!
The Copics that were used to create today card were ...
C1,C3,C5,C7,W1,W3,W5,V01.V12,V15,E50,R20,E21,V03,Black Copic, Sharpie white

Halloween treats --High Hopes

Eeek!!!! Its October 1st and I'm excited as this is my favorite time of year!! I love the cool Fall weather, Thanksgiving and Halloween.
Let the fun begin!

Halloween Jar of treats w/ decorated lid
Supplies Used ...
This little jar of treats was made with a recycled Jam jar.  Added Skittles, Chocolate Bars, M&M's and a handful of plastic Halloween spiders to the mix.  The cap was created by tracing the image and cutting out the circle with Xpressit Copic Paper.  The image was coloured and added to the lid.  Lots of cobwebs, spiders, ribbon to decorate the treat jar :)
Thanks for peeking!! Be sure to check out the new release from High Hopes, I'm super excited to share my creations with you this month! :)

New Release Day from High Hopes!! Yippie!!!!

Hi there, Its new release day over at High Hopes, Yippie!!!!
I'm super excited to share my Card today....

Introducing ....Frankie and Bride from High Hopes Stamps found here!

I love Halloween!!! :)
This card was created on a 5.5" base,  the design was inspired by  High Hopes sketch for this month.   The image is coloured with Copic markers, sewing stitches (that alternate between straight and zigzag), cobwebs, spiders and one little ant for added Halloween fun.

I like to use a nice thick button thread when sewing on cards as the stitches really stand out against the card stock.

The bugs are hot glued into place, they  have  a white piece of thread tied around them.  I used my black Copic marker to colour the thread so it's not seen  on the fronts of the bugs and to try and give a "spinning a web" effect.

The pattern papers on the tag kinda reminds me of eyeballs and though it went nice with the background papers :)
Thanks for looking and please check out the New Release from High Hopes.

Precious Little One -- High Hopes

Happy Friday!
This is my last post of the month and I'm going to miss creating with these sweet baby images!

I wanted to do something different today ....so  I decided to die cut the stroller four times.  I glued them together in two's for added strength and scored the top of the back panel so it bends and sits properly on the table.

Added a satin bow, sentiment stamped in a soft pink and a bit of bling to decorate this stroller!
This cute little baby was coloured with copics and sandwiched between the front  stroller panel.
Thanks for peekng!
Have a great weekend :)

We wish you a Merry Christmas -- High Hopes Stamps

Hi there, I'm back again to share a sweet baby and lamb image from High Hopes Stamps. This is such a beautiful scene for Christmas.
Made with ...

The image is coloured with Copics and some stitches were added around the border of the card, sentiment and  image.  I love this scene and can see using this image for Easter, Christmas and sweet baby designs too.
The star is very glittery as Stickles were added for some extra bling.

I decided to use the Copic Airbrush on the card for some soft touches of colour. This Christmas design has no red and green, just some silver and gold details for a unique, non traditional feel .

Baby Shower -- High Hopes Stamps

Hi there, I'm back again to share a little tag creation I've been working on.  Thought these would make some fun baby shower invites to welcome a little baby boy.
Created with the following High Hopes Stamps ...
The tag was hand cut from Kraft card stock and a hole punch at the top.  I used a score board to create a score line  on the back piece of the tag so it would bend with a nice crease and sit like a card.
The tag has lots of stitching including the straight stitch and some zigzag's too.   Just a few Copic markers were used being ...
C3,C5,B00,B01,E000,E11,R11,E93,Y21,E33
Thanks for peeking and Happy Wednesday :) !!
