Summer Strawberries & a card :)

Its strawberry season here in Toronto and  I just picked up a flat of these sweet berries from our local farmers market at the GO Train station.  They smell amazing and I will be making Strawberry Jam today and tomorrow with them. Also,  our raspberries in the back yard are just starting to ripen and I will start picking and flash freezing them every day, to make  Jam in about a months time.

and here's a little card to share...

Here's a summery card I made, hope you enjoy :) I have to say that I now love decorating the inside of cards and just might do this every time.... I'm hooked !!!

Gotta run and tend to the yummy berries :) hope you enjoy the day :)

Thought it would be fun to create very Summery card using this  Kraftin Kimmies Sunnie stamp. Don't you just love her  little coconut drink,  (it really is my most favorite thing about this stamp)!! She was a lot of fun to colour and it was nice to use such vibrant colours too!

The inside of this card is decorated with some of the same trim details found on the outside of the card :) Also added some torn fabric in a pretty aqua that I thought may give a cool water feel to the design.

I bought the flowers at my local dollar store it was actually in the party  section.  I disassembled the floral necklace and restrung the flowers using a natural cord. I thought it would give a tropical feel to compliment this image :)

Other than that today  I stopped into One Crazy Stamper north of Toronto which is  very close to my fathers house (how awesome is that!)

They brought in all the new  Kraftin Kimmie stamps too! :)

From there we went to my fathers for Espresso! I took a picture of this gorgeous lily while I was up there and thought it would go good with this card lol ...
