Cheers! High Hopes Stamps



We're celebrating  Christmas in July over on the High Hopes blog!
I whipped up this little number using ...
 The image is coloured with Copic Markers.  Glitter, white acrylic paint and festive ribbon was added to the design. 
A silver bell was hot glued on the ribbon along with some red and green twine :)

  1. I just watched your video and loved it. What did you use for the scallop base? I always love your cards and plan on ordering more stamps.

    1. Hi Iley, thanks for your note and sweet comments :) The card base is from Sizzix Stephanie Barnard. I think its called "card scallop w/banners and greeting drop ins" cat# 560147
