I made this ATC Christmas ornament for my swap partner in Australia. The background text is from a Christmas carol sheet combined with Hero Arts CG222 Music Background stamp. I tried to keep the colours on the cool side by using some silver Stickles and Iced spruce distress ink.
Thanks for looking and take care if you are effected by the snow storm traveling through the US and Canada. Looks like it will be a White Christmas for some, here in Toronto we always seem to miss having snow for the holidays (I will still be dreaming of a White Christmas :)

Hope you are doing well. Just a super quick post before bed tonight! I made these little ATC shadow boxes for our monthly ATC exchange at my LSS.
There is a little copic airbrushing on the snow and background along with a few yummy Hero Arts stamps. Added to the background is "all is calm" and "All is bright", its a bit hard to see but her little song book has Silent Night on the outside.
Have a great week! Thank you for peaking in :)

Hope you are doing well. I was able to squeeze in one more Halloween project this year. There was an ATC swap at our LSS. These ladies are super creative, its a pleasure to play along with them!
I used the Tim Holtz Movers and Shapers and airbrushed with Copic markers.
Wanted to add the name of a clothing company to the ATC which got me thinking ... Where do Witches shop for their clothes? I poled my Husband and he just gave me a weird look so I also asked the girls at work. They came up with a few fun names like Witches and Broomsticks and ended up deciding on Black Cat Couture Company :)
added a few fun elements. Under the dress form there is a "made in Salem" tag ...
plus also the price on the dress is $31.00
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by today. :)
Hope you are doing well. Its Friday night of a long weekend and just got home from work. Trying to decide if I should spend the night cleaning or crafting. Hmmm ..... It's a tough decision but I think I will try crafting for a bit!
Made this card for a recent copic class. The clouds are hand drawn and used as a template with added flocking made from cotton balls sprayed with Goosebumps texture spray and glitter.
Hope you have been enjoying your Summer. We've been having great weather here and I have really tried to get outside this Summer and enjoy. Gardening. BBQ's, making raspberry & blueberry jam and sleeping in the hammock has been keeping me busy.
I made this little card for a co-worker, her last day is today as she is going back to school. Also sent along some matching cupcakes made by me (and Betty Crocker)!
Did you see the new Christmas Hero Arts stamps?!!!! love that super cute snowman :)

Thought it would be fun to make a card full of hearts! Continuing to try and incorporate pattern papers on my designs. This card was great for using up those little scraps of paper that seem to multiply. Having a good size heart punch I think will come in handy for card making. Hearts like butterflies I love to add to any creation!
Huge hearts and hugs to you! :)

Just a quick post tonight of a card I made over the Victoria Day long weekend. The vintage material has been treated with Sewing Interface to give a firm look. The interface is added using an iron and it also makes it a lot easier to add adhesive to the backing.
Hope your weekend was a great one, enjoy your week! :)

This is the second month of ATC trading at my lss, here is my take on this months theme. There are 15 people playing along this month which is so awesome. This also means I have to make 14 more of these little cards by Sunday!
Have a happy Friday and wonderful weekend :)
We have been having some great weather here in the Toronto Area. With Summer just around the corner I am totally looking forward to crafting outside on the picnic table. Nothing better than a little sun, paper and stamps!
Thanks for peeking in and enjoy the rest of the week! :)

Just a quick post of some ATC I made for a class last weekend. The images are from some super cute papers I picked up at my LSS. The paper is called Paradise from the C-thru ruler company and it was alot of fun to use. The backgrounds are created using distress inks along with some super light stamping and stitches. Also created a little holder for these ATC from a 3x12 sheet of cardstock.
Thanks for peeking in today :)
I made this flower by stamping four classic bloom flowers on fabric and heat embossing with white embossing powder. Cut the flowers into long strips removing the center. Then reassembled the flower on a large glue dot pressing and pleating the fabric edge. Also added glitter and white paint for a speckled look.
Hope all is well with you. I've been busy making some fabric flowers. Here is one along with a mini pizza box which I thought would make a fun gift. The pizza box design is from Split Coast using the Martha Stewart score board. I've had this sentiment for awhile and it worked out well with the one single flower inside the box.

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope your weekend was a good one. We had our first taste of Spring here with a beautiful sunny day. I was hard to stay indoors even the cats were enjoying the weather! I made this card for the Simon Says Mothers Day, special girl challenge. I've had this Sarah Kay stamp for awhile, it was a fun card to put together.

Hope you are doing well. Just a quick post tonight :) I love this time of year with Valentines just around the corner. It's the perfect chance to create using hearts along with fun shades of pinks and reds. The past few years for Valentines Day I've been making my hubby cards using a sweet little raccoon from Hero Arts. I will have to come up with another card using the same stamp this year! Thanks for stopping in, have a wonderful week!
I am from Toronto Canada and I love the simple things in life. The garden, rubber stamping, scrapbooking, old things, pyrex and Fiestaware. I am married to my best friend and we have 2 cats. My idea of a Vacation is relaxing at home working on small projects (boring I know), but I love it!
Thank you so much for stopping by to visit!
