Happy Birthday -- Dollar Stamp

Playing around with a  sentiment dollar stamp I picked up on the weekend.
The flowers are hand made and hot glued into place.
I used some old tattered angles mist sprays for some shimmery goodness!
Old doily and zig zag stitches for this number!
That is all :)

Happy Friday! Another week gone by , where does the time go?
I would like to share my "Wishing for Spring" card.
Yep, its that time of year when really really really ... really really want Spring to arrive.

I coloured up this gal with Copics and created some wee little clouds for  the background, pathway along with some fresh green lawn details. Lots of sewing stitches,  butterflies. and hand rolled flowers that were die cut in a canvas cloth.  One last detail was  airbrushing with a hot pink Copic marker!
Wishing you a fantastic Weekend!

Here's hoping that Spring arrives soon :)
Happy Crafting!

Friends -- High Hopes Stamps

Hi  there, I'm back to share a little  friends design using ...
Also stamped up was the adorable sentiment Special Tweet found here!
The image is coloured with Copics, added sewing stitches and some  floral pattern papers too!
I've had the Daisy's for the longest time waiting to be added to a special card.  These pretty petals  were hot glued into place along with added paper leaves that were hand cut card stock in a V shape!
The back of the card has this little Sentiment/Note which is a fun added touch.
I've been trying to add more weight to my cards. Its nice to pick up a heavy card that has substance, So its add extra card stock when ever possible. The inside of the card is decorated and coordinated with the front for a finished look.
This card was decorated from head to toe!
Thanks for peeking! Happy Wednesday :)

Valentines treat! High Hopes Stamps

Hi there, I've been busy creating some Valentines treats :) This stamp is totally adorable and really reminds  me of the old school Valentine Cards I received as a kid.
I have to say this stamp is on my top 10 favorites of all time!
It all started with some yummy treats to help celebrate Valentines Day!
Packaged up with twine ...
The image is stamped with Tim Holtz Ink and a little red heat gem added to each one for a bit of bling!! Hand cut the cards, giving them  kinda a bubble look around the image. (I had little red bows on all of the cards which I decided were just too small, so off they went)
The cards were scored at the base and hot glued together.  I also added extra layers of card stock to the base to help them sit upright and not fall over.
The treats were added inside the card :)
The image was coloured with Copics. No shading here, just a quick bit of colour and the background airbrushed.
Larger bows were added to the tops!
These treats are going to work with me tomorrow along with a plate of peanut butter cookies!  I think this would be a super fun project to make with the little ones.

I decided to create some background clouds and grassy details using Copic Markers.
The inside of the card has been all dolled up with some gingham paper, touch of yellow card stock with added zigzag stitching. The sentiment is also a High Hopes from Sentiment Set#1
(I tried to stitch up the heart die cut but it was a little more difficult than I thought, the results are not perfect). A handmade look, I guess!

Make a wish -- High Hopes Stamps

Gosh this is such a fun image to colour. I love all the details and there are tons of ideas floating around in my head! I will be using this gang on a New Year's Card next year for sure!
I created a shaker card by die cutting multiple frames and gluing them together almost creating a thick chipboard. Added a piece of clear acetate and one last die cut on top of the stack and the window was created. Confetti and the image was inserted on the back of the window and pop doted to the card.

I also decorated the inside of the card with this super cool sentiment  "Happy Birthday to the Party Animals" Added Copic airbrushing and gum drop gems for added fun!
Thanks for peeking, wishing you an awesome crafty day!

Welcome New Baby -- High Hopes Stamps

Hi there, just making some sweets to help celebrate the arrival of a little one!
These cupcakes were made for a co-workers baby shower.
Sequences, Toothpicks, Nestibilities scalloped circles and Rainy Day ducky were used to create the toppers.  Basically I used 2 scallop circles per a topper and sandwiched the toothpick between them (with hot glue). Added a bow, some Betty Crocker cupcakes & Icing too!
It took awhile to make the toppers and they were made the same night as the cupcakes.  Next time I will make the toppers ahead of time instead of staying up til midnight to get everything made.
Regardless it was worth the effort and I think my co-workers enjoyed them too :)
On a side note... The icing is a Betty Crocker. I usually use the Cream Cheese Icing or Vanilla Icing and use food colouring. The confetti candy is from our local Bulk Barn and they always look so pretty on top of the cupcakes :)
