New Release stamps from High Hopes!

Hello, thanks so much for stopping by today!
Very excited to share my creation using the new release stamps
from High Hopes :)

Introducing .....
The image was coloured with Copic markers. I used an E35 R21 and E00
For the colouring on the fur. I kept it  really simple.
and added white Sharpe marker in the fur
and a few strokes of colored pencils for  added colour.

Lots of gems plus a heart button and some sweet twine too. I think this would make a nice valentines card with the added hearts :)
I hand cut the snowy hills and ran them through my big shot for added texture.  Lots of pop dots are hiding under the image and hills for added dimension.

Candy Cane Wishes -- High Hopes Stamps

Happy Saturday! I'm back with another Christmas tag creation :)
 Made with ...
I used a tag die from Tim Holtz for the base of my creation.  This could easily be hand cut with scissors into a tag shape if you don't have a die cut.
I used white acrylic paint on the base for a snowy effect.  These sweet penguins were coloured with Copic markers and pop dotted for added dimension.
Liquid applique, stickles helped create the scene!
The snow was hot glued into place....  Buffalo Snow Flurries were used, its the kind of snow used to create a village at Christmas.
Thanks for peeking! Have a great crafty weekend!

Cheers! High Hopes Stamps

 Happy Friday!
It's another week closer to Christmas and another Christmas card ready for the mail!
This festive scene was created with ...
The image is coloured with Copic Markers, I used a white sharpie marker to create the background snow.
Liquid applique, and fine white glitter was also used to help with this snowy scene.
I love the bells on this sweet image.  I used glossy accents to give them a nice shine :)
Thanks for peeking, have a crafty weekend!

Merry Christmas Tag -- High Hopes Stamps

 Happy Saturday High Hopes fans.
I've been creating with this super sweet image from High Hopes ...
Twinkle all the way found here!
I cut a couple tags out of kraft paper and glued them together for strength.  The image is coloured with Copic Markers and misted with a Tim Holtz shimmery  spray (called Heirloom Gold) .
I thought the music note pattern paper on the background was a fun touch.
Lots of white acrylic paint for a snowy look and some Christmas  twines too!

Paper Weight -- High Hopes Stamps

Hi there, It's another Happy Friday and I'm back to share a few handmade presents I made for Christmas.
My creation today is made with ...

To create these paperweights I used these glass blobs (I think they are actually called "Glass Blanks" They are nice and heavy and I think will make a good paper weight .
The Images were coloured with Copics, added snow using acrylic paint and a Sharpie marker. The image was stamped in distress ink and if I make these again I would use Memento Ink as it did smear slightly.
Matt medium was brushed on the the tops of the image and adhered to the bottom of the glass base. For the Christmas Cow I Stamped the sentiment in two parts on either side of the design. Oh, and I added some candy cane twine and a  Cow bell too!
 Here's a close up!
 Here's the next Paperweight....
This time I used some super soft cotton twine and an added snowflake.
 And a close up !
Thanks for peeking. Have a great weekend!

Christmas Love -- High Hopes Stamps

Just peeking in with my Saturday  post.
I'm so in love with my High Hopes stamps♥♥♥
For this week I've been using the following ....
Mudzie and Chopper's Carolling found here!

I especially  {heart} this stamp as it features the super  sweet beaver and moose pal which totally has a Canadian  flare to the image.

The border of the image is stitched, white satin ribbon hot glued to the side of the card and a die cut heart was also added for a bit of Christmas Love!

I used a series of pattern papers that were
offered in a 6x6 booklet. The advantage to this is the colours  always coordinate so well
together. I added in the brown Kraft paper to break things up a bit

Thanks for stopping by, hope the rest of your weekend
is a crafty one♡

High Hopes Christmas Ornament

Hi there High Hopes fans!
It's been a crafty week and I'm starting to get some  Christmas projects  ready for December!
A bit of creating with  the following High Hopes stamps....
Dashing through the snow found here!
I took an aluminum mini tart shell and created a Christmas ornament. Punched a whole using  my heavy duty hole punch through the aluminum .  The image was coloured with Copic Markers, fussy cut and pop dotted for extra dimension. .
The snowflakes, buttons,  and star were hot glued to the edge of the tart shell. Green Stickles, white fine glitter, and white acrylic paint were added to the ornament for a bit of  sparkle and snowy details.
Various ribbons were added through the punched whole  along with some mini pearls and bells.  Yes, things just got  a little weird  as I sometimes like to use old curlers to make my ribbons super curly  and pretty too :D

Chill out!

Hi there, hope your enjoying  your Saturday! !
We're getting close to the Snowy season in my neighbourhood.
I love snowstorms (providing I don't have to drive).
Snowy walks are my favorite and this gal is totally enjoying the snowfall :)
Haven't we all have done this before and maybe a snow angel or  two also?!!

I kept the colours really simply  in this design
 Blue and brown, that's it!
She's super sweet and those boots remind me of my favorite tan Cougar boots from the '80's do you remember them?

Stitches, snowflakes and white acrylic paint were added to the image. Copic markers numbers E30,E30,E35, BG70,

Dashing through the snow!

Hi there, happy Friday!
These weeks are just flying by.
Today I'm sharing this super cool truck from High Hopes

I used lots of grey tones on the truck, Copic markers N1, N3, N5R on the body then I went in with a E25 for a rusty look to the design. The Headlights were created with Y21 and Y11

I love the idea of adding different items to the back of the truck.  In this case I added the pine tree by masking the truck then stamping the tree. There is also
presents as an accessory that can be purchased to go along with the truck.
The snow was created with a white sharpie marker and acrylic paint. I trimmed the tree with Stickles, just for fun :)
Super cool, and a lot of options when creating!

After colouring the truck and adding the tree the background sky was
added with a mix of Copic Blues B93, B34,B52.B95
