Spring garden

We are starting to see some life in the garden, not much but its a start. There are little purple violets popping up in the lawn and we have a few wild trillium that appear every year which is always exciting to see. One of my favorites is the chicks & hens which don't bloom but always look so good in the garden. Next will be the lilly of the valley and tiger lilies but its still too early for these to appear.

Here is a few new cards using these pretty Poppies from Hero Arts. This stamp is available at Michaels. I will use this as a Sympathy card so I was trying to keep it on the darker side. Peeled paint distress ink and pop dots. Made with hero arts h5350long stem flowers

Home Sweet Home charm card

Made with Hero Arts AR170 scallop, CL141 alphabet , K5232 flourish and H5328 row houses. I made a little charm with one of the row houses and tied it to the ribbon.

Made with Hero Arts K5232 flourish and AR169 butterflies. The butterflies are doubled stamped. I really love this flourish background stamp, I can see using this one quite a bit.

A happy hello

Still playing with Hero Arts Row houses. Made this little neighborhood made with Hero Arts H5328, some tiny gems and a bit of distressing along the edge of the card.

I bit of sewing on these cards, they were fun to make. The stamp number is cg130 and I made layers using pop dots between the butterflies.

Change of Address Post Card

Hi, just posing a little change of address card I made using Hero Arts CL141. I am not moving but if I was it would be fun to send these cards! CL141 is a cute clear alphabet set that includes a little bird and branches. I drew the bird house which is not that great, I should have used a die cut for a better look. Oh well next time I will :) Have a great weekend!!

Little Patches in the play house

Just wanted to share these photos of my cute cat. We only let our cats outside if we are out as I am always scared something will happen to them. This old play house is the one place I really don't want them exploring as it's really old and yucky (and I am usually the one to go in and get them)! We were outside on Sunday and my Husband noticed my little one was looking out the window!

Maybe this is inspiration for a card!
