Be Happy ATC's
Just a quick post of some ATC I made for a class last weekend. The images are from some super cute papers I picked up at my LSS. The paper is called Paradise from the C-thru ruler company and it was alot of fun to use. The backgrounds are created using distress inks along with some super light stamping and stitches. Also created a little holder for these ATC from a 3x12 sheet of cardstock.
Thanks for peeking in today :)

Happy Easter

Wishing you a beautiful Easter weekend!
I made this flower by stamping four classic bloom flowers on fabric and heat embossing with white embossing powder. Cut the flowers into long strips removing the center. Then reassembled the flower on a large glue dot pressing and pleating the fabric edge. Also added glitter and white paint for a speckled look.

Fabric flowers

Hope all is well with you. I've been busy making some fabric flowers. Here is one along with a mini pizza box which I thought would make a fun gift. The pizza box design is from Split Coast using the Martha Stewart score board. I've had this sentiment for awhile and it worked out well with the one single flower inside the box.
Thanks for peeking in :)

Valentine Flags

Hope you are doing well. Just a quick post tonight :) I love this time of year with Valentines just around the corner. It's the perfect chance to create using hearts along with fun shades of pinks and reds.
The past few years for Valentines Day I've been making my hubby cards using a sweet little raccoon from Hero Arts. I will have to come up with another card using the same stamp this year!
Thanks for stopping in, have a wonderful week!

Poinsettia Christmas Tag

Just trying to fit in a few last minute project before Christmas! A little Poinsettia tag made with Canvas (from an Ikea Bag) and Claudine Hellmuth Matte Medium. I cut 6 small medium and large petals from canvas material, inked with Mahogany distress ink and sprayed with a mini mister filled with water. Once dried I brushed on the matte medium and shaped the petals, once dried glued with a hot glue gun. I can see using the matte medium for other flowers as it makes the fabric stiff and holds its shape.
Have a cheery & merry day!
