Coffee, donuts and the newspaper


I have just discovered glossy accents and it's so exciting. I really have to control my self as I want to coat everything with it! It's great to use on the donuts in this stamp set. Made with Hero Arts CL416 What's perking, coloured with Copics. Glossy accents and tiny glass beads were added to the donut. Also added some news print classifieds for the background and embossing.

    Love your card Nat! Great combination of stamps and I love that you used the newspaper in the background! Those donuts look really yummy! I found that too when I first got glossy accents - anything that didn't move wasn't safe from them!

    very beautiful...very interesting textures. The soft colours stand wonderfully with the neutrals (textured background and newspaper)This is not a passive still life ... this coffe pot and donuts are 'ready to go'. A lot of movement with the donuts and the sugar cubes and the 'wall art' keeps everything rolling. This little card is somewhat 'avantgard'. Love it!
