Hi there and happy Wednesday! I have two posts to share. High hopes can be found here and One Crazy Stamper post here. Thanks so much for looking :)
Back again to share this little cutie, High Hopes Gabriel loves Baseball! I love the action shot of this little one playing Baseball or perhaps a little "T" ball :)
I had some baseball themed 12x12's in my paper hoard that I managed to put them to good use. The added heart and top tab were cut from an old boot of all things! Please let me explain ..
Hubby asked me to throw these out as the sole of the boot completely peeled away. I was eyeing the metal grommets and though they might come in handy for a future crafting project.
While making this card I was low on embellishments as I do not normally have a lot of baseball themed bling!
I thought of the leather on these boots as being the same material as a baseball glove and decided to try running some of the material through the cuttlbug and a heavy duty metal die. Well, it worked and made super cute hearts :)
Oh... and the Blue Jays ticket I found earlier today on a walk. Going to save it for a future project using this same stamp!
Thanks for checking out my project, wishing you a very crafty day!! :)
