Hi there, It's Wednesday and I'm back again with another fairy design from High Hopes Stamps. Julie's Wish and the sentiment is a fave of mine ... such fun! :)

I decided to create a easel card and found the instructions over on Split Coast. It was actually pretty easy to put together.

The image was coloured with Copics with added Diamond Stickles.

Your Electrifying -- One Crazy Stamper

Hi There, Its Nat here and I'm back with one more fun scene using Your Next Stamp Perfect Chemistry Die YSND192 and Stamp CYNS164 set.

I actually brought this stamp set into work and asked the Gals for their suggestions. I have to say they had some great ideas and I think we all had fun dreaming up different scenes. So compliments of my Co-Worker (Miss Fiona) and her fun imagination I created this Mad Scientist/Back to the Future type character playing in the rain!

I used an old typewriter to create the sentiment "Your Electrifying" and also added a kite as he kinda reminds me of another Scientist by the name of Ben... Franklin of course :)

Way too much fun!

Keep Calm -- High hopes

Hi there, I'm back again with another Wintery design from High Hopes Stamps. This is "Gabriel is a hockey player". Yes, Gabriel is a cutie!! :) This image is coloured with Copics and the background snowflakes are airbrushed using the reversed portion of a die cut.

The airbrushed look can also be achieved by using distress ink, distress tool and tapping colour into the die cut.

Sewing stitches and Wintery paper are the final added touches for this design!

It's all about the Chemistry! -- One Crazy Stamper

Hi, I'm back! I've been playing around with Your Next Stamp Perfect Chemistry Die and stamp set.

A stencil and airbrush was used to create the bubble and heart effect on this design. Since this is a Chemistry themed card I decided to add a Periodic Table and Microscope Slide just for fun :)

The file tab is also from YNS

Some added finishing touches such as, google eyes, buttons, sewing stitches and twine to complete this design!

I'm back again this Wednesday to share my creation using High Hopes Julie's Flight, Julies Butterfly & Sentiment Set 1. She's part of the new release over at High Hopes.

She's all dolled up with Copics and embellished with handmade flowers. Please check our my video on how these flowers were created!

This is my first time creating a center step card which I think beautifully displays images. I used measurements and instructions found over at Split Coast Stampers found here.

The patterned paper is from My Minds Eye called Indie and I've done lots of distressing using white acrylic paint, Faber Castel Gelatos and Stickles.

Wishing you a deLightful birthday! One Crazy Stamper

Hello & Happy Wednesday. I'm still getting crafty with the Perfect Chemistry Samp and Die set from Your Next Stamp.

This little light bulb caught my eye, he's so darn cute! I decided to create a birthday shaker/shadow box card. The shaker is filled with all kinds of odds and ends, like sequences, beads & wire mesh. I tried to keep the details and bling in the yellow tones to give the feel of light.

I think the yellow and black cardstock gives a manly feel to the card. The background is airbrushed with Copics to make the bulb seem bright, along with YNS stitch die for added texture.

I hope you've enjoyed this design :) It was super fun to create.

Bob loves to Ski Doo - High Hopes New Release

Its hard to find decent "guy" stamps as the majority of stamp designs are feminine or too cute for the men!

High Hopes new release has a fab selection of Guy designs and I have to say they are pretty awesome :)

This is Bob... did I mention I love this stamp!

Combine the Winter elements along with this new release and its much easier to create a manly design!

I used my Cricut Imagine and printed out the background trees and snowflake. Added sewing stitches for some texture plus tiny touches of flower soft for a Wintery feel to the design.

Perfect Chemistry -- YNS

Just popping in with a tag I created using Your Next Stamp, die and stamp set.

I cut out three tags to create a sturdy base for my design added a patterned paper background and some sewing stitches too. The

banner flags were simply created by cutting triangles from pattern paper and sewing along the top of the flags with an added bow for more of a finished look.

The chemistry text/ephemera background was saved from an outdated Chemical Catalogue. I was able to capture the Tellurium page to match the fun sentiment.

The sentiment ribbon was also made by hand cutting and stamping. Mr Mad Scientist was coloured with Copics :)

One Crazy Stamper -- May Challenge

Happy Friday! Hope you are doing well :) I'm super excited to be joining the Gals over at One Crazy Stamper. I will be posting on Wednesdays over on the OCS blog found here.

I've been playing around with a fun Chemistry stamp and die set from Your Next Stamp. Soon as I saw the flask I thought of a Love Potion then the song came to my mind... "love potion number nine"

I added some doodling with a Copic multiliner and added legs and music notes to the background of this silly scene!

Sewing stitches along with some airbrushing and this is what I cam up with (just for fun)!

Julies Touch -- High Hopes New Release

Spring has finally decided to show up this year. Better late than never! I am looking forward to crafting my afternoons away on the picnic bench outside!

I've been working on creating with some new stamps from High Hopes. This sweet gal is one of the new designs called Julie's Touch.

She is one of many gorgeous fairies being released this month.

I totally love the magical elements to this stamp. I used the Copic Airbrush to create a night sky along with a neon-ish green grass for a cartoon type effect. I think the airbrush gives a mystical effect to the design. The coordinating sentiment is a must have and in my opinion a perfect match for this stamp.

Birthday Gang, Wild Party - High Hopes Stamps

Thanks for peeking in today, I have a new High Hopes design to share. Such a fun stamp to colour and play with! I created an envelope with clear acetate and a score board, then added the image and a few sequences for an extra smile. I glued a few of the sequences at the top to give the appearance of them falling.

Birthdays are always a big deal around my house. On my hubby's side of the family we mail out birthday cards for their special day.

I think its a nice way to let loved ones know we are thinking of them. I keep a birthday book on hand so we don't forget any on our list.

Orian and Whisky -- High Hopes Stamps

Meet Orian and Whisky, they are part of the New release over at High Hopes Stamps!

This stamp reminds me of Happy Times and worry free days. I tried to create a masculine card which we all know is not as easy as the girly designs that we usually default too.

Kept it simple with lots of muted tones and some Kraft paper too.

Using Gems, buttons, paper piercing, or sewing helps guide your eye around a design for good flow.

I can imagine sending this card with some homemade cookies to an old friend to say hello :)

I attended Scrapfest last weekend with my friend Linda. Lots of fun walking around checking things out. I was trying to crouch down since I am taller than her and ended up with a funny pose :)
