 Hi there High Hopes fans. I'm back this week to share a Freezin' Season design from High Hopes Stamps!!

The trees were painted with white acrylic for a snowy effect. Touches of glitter and Copic colouring on our little Snowman!

I created a little video to show the details. Hope you like it!! :D

Boo! High Hopes Stamps

 I love creating Halloween scenes. An easel shaped card is the perfect platform to do so! This little trick or treator is as cute as can be!

 Coloured with Copics and fussy cut. The image is from High Hopes called Mummy and you can find this little guy here!

The pumpkins are actually stickers that I hot glued into place. I made a quick 30 second video to share some of the details.  I hope you like it :D

I took this picture last year of a school in Erin Ontario.  I always make my husband stop so I can take a couple of pictures. I love the Fall Scene they create every year!

Happy Wednesday! I'm back to share a Wintery design using Sleigh Ride from High Hopes stamps found here!

I love this old school sleigh and classic snowman :) I will be using this stamp for both Christmas  and Winter Cards. 

 The snowy hills are just hand cut with scissors then embossed with  a Swiss Dots folder

Added pine trees behind the snowy hills for a wee bit of a forest background & to help set the scene :D

Halloween Fun!

 Fall is one of my favorite seasons and Halloween is a big reason why I love it! 

The big kid in me made this card just for fun!

Coloured with Copics and lots of added cob webs for a true Halloween feel to this design!

The pumpkin Frank is carrying actually started off in his other hand but wasn't working on this design so I cut it off and re-positioned it using wire as the handle!

Trick or Treat

Spent Saturday crafting at my local Scrapbook store with a friend. Picked up this darling  Halloween die from Impression Obsession while I was there!

The background moon was created with Copics and the Trick or Treat banner is a strip of ribbon which I thought worked out good for the sentiment!

Let it snow! -- High Hopes Stamps

Hi fellow stampers.... Happy Wednesday! We are one step closer to the weekend and I can't wait!!!! We finally had some relief to the mini heat wave we were experiencing here (in Toronto) and I am looking forward to the cooler temps. Yep I'm wishing for it! Sweaters, Hot Chocolate, Skating, playing in the Snow. Bring it on!! 

 I tried to create an Icy feel to this card by using cool colours, snowflakes and a iridescent tinsel ribbon.

Polar Hugs Christmas Design!

Happy Wednesday! Nat back again and this week I've been playing with Polar Hugs & We wish you a Merry Christmas from High Hopes stamps!

I decided to create an icy Christmas Design . I love using non traditional colours on Christmas Cards. 

An Ice cave background created with Copics for these sweet friends along with bells, tinsel ribbon, snowflakes and added bling :)

Bubble bubble toil & trouble!

Hi there, I'm back this week with another new release stamp from High Hopes!

This gal is flying around by the light of the moon having a bit of Halloween fun!

I created a night sky, moon and stars to set the Halloween scene on this design. 

I'm super excited to have another Halloween card set aside to celebrate the big night!

Vampire Treat -- High Hopes Stamps

High Hopes has come out with some truly awesome Halloween and Christmas stamps.  I used Vampire Treat to create a fun pop up card. This is the front of the card that closes using a notch punch

This is the inside of the card which is the main attraction! The vampire folds down when the card is closed!!

Think Snow-- One Cray Stamper

 I decided to try something different this week.  I coloured this sweet gal  from High Hopes using the "no lines technique". Basically the image is coloured up using a very light ink and in this case I used Memento Desert Sand ink.  ( the light  stamped lines blend in with your colouring.)  Its a different look than using the traditional black ink. What do you think, do you like the look of this image?

 It's the first time I tried this technique and I will be sure to use it again :) 

Non traditional colours were used for this design and I think this image could also be used for both Winter and Christmas.
